WHY CHOOSE PUFF SCREEN PRINTING?
Puff screen printing is a special printing technique that we apply in the same way as traditional screen printing, but with a special "foaming" ink. This gives the print a striking 3D effect, making the design stand out.
Using them offers the possibility of creating relief in the printing. Whereby specific parts of the design receive extra attention. This creative technique allows designers to let their imagination run wild.
The ink we use is Plastisol, mixed with a puff additive or foaming component. When we heat this ink, it expands, creating the relief. After screen printing, the print is exposed to heat, with the puff ink rising during the drying process.
What garment can you use puff screen printing for?
Puff screen printing offers a range of options for printing on various garments and accessories, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, polos, tote bags and more. It is one of the most versatile printing techniques that can be applied to virtually all textiles, with some exceptions such as textiles with long fibers. Relationship Packages
Relation packs come in all shapes and sizes, but Eigenlabel Merchandise does it just a little bit different than all the others. We always ask the questions; what is your budget and to whom are you going to hand out the package? A business gift pack is available from € 20.
