Reflective prints
Reflective textile decals offer an effective solution for workwear or safety clothing that needs to be visible when reflecting light in the dark. There are numerous possibilities with these transfers: from applying reflective bands to creating logos, slogans and more in reflective quality on clothing.
Embroidery
An embroidered logo looks fancier than a printed logo, and is more resistant to washing in a washing machine. In addition, embroidery is usually more beautiful on textiles. Based on the design, the embroiderer creates a digital embroidery chart showing which "stitches" the embroidery machine will make. This can be done in 2D or 3D as well as combined. Because the print remains beautiful for a long time, many companies that have sustainability high on their agenda choose embroidered corporate clothing.
Transfer printing
Transfer printing is a technique in which the print is first applied to a substrate. This can be done by screen printing or digital printing. It is then provided with an adhesive layer. We use this technique for complex logos such as full color or with a detailed gradient.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is traditionally the most widely used printing technique for textiles and accessories, such as bags. Especially for somewhat larger quantities, this is usually also the most economical way of printing.
Digital printing
We use digital printing for special productions that require a sharp full-color print image. This technique can be applied to very many different items.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is the technique of choice for smaller items. This can be applied in great detail and up to 6 colors.
Laser engraving
Engraving on glassware, wood and metal is a beautiful, classy way to place your logo on any promotional item. This technique also makes it very possible to personalize gifts.
Gravure
Gravure printing is a graphic printing technique. This technique is characterized by the use of a printing plate in which small recessed recesses hold the ink. Examples include the manual etching technique and dry needle, and industrial rotogravure.
Dtg printing
DTG is a form of digital printing that uses inkjet technology with special water-based inks. With this technique you can directly print a logo, image or text in high resolution on different types of textiles. After printing, the ink is directly absorbed into the fibers of the shirt and placed in a hot oven. This ensures top quality so the print will not come off, break or wash out.
Puff screen printing
Puff screen printing is a unique printing technique. It is applied in the same way as a classic print, but a special "foaming" ink is used. This gives the print a 3D effect. This special effect makes the print stand out much more.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing is a technique that can be used to bake a print into the surface of the product, so to speak. When the special sublimation ink is heated to 200 ℃, it releases from the printing paper and adheres into the coating of the clothing, mug or aluminum plate, for example. The result is a vibrant full color print that is both wax and scratch resistant.
Waterbased screenprint
Water-based ink is soft and flexible on the garment. With a thin ink deposit that pulls into the shirt instead of sitting on top of the fabric, it is a great choice for fashion prints and any customer who wants a soft-touch print. There are a few factors to consider when printing with water-based ink. Because the base of the ink is water, it prints best in places with high humidity. The ink dries on the screen and dries faster in dry locations.

A wide selection of promotional items requires a wide range of printing techniques. We have every printing technique imaginable and apply it in unique ways whenever possible. This ensures that the selected merchandise has a truly unique look. We even combine different techniques where possible to create even more unique products.
For textile printing, we have several options, including screen printing, transfer printing, embroidery, DTG (Direct to Garment), and DTF (Direct to Foil). For personalized apparel, we even offer plotterflex foil. We apply sublimation printing to polyester (sports) apparel.
Smaller corporate gifts and give-aways are often printed with pad printing. In some cases, however, engraving or sublimation can be a fancier choice, especially with full-color graphics.
Screen Printing and Digital Printing
For larger prints larger than 7×7 cm we use screen printing. In the case of full-color graphics and photos, we apply digital printing.
Even large objects can be printed by us. If objects are flat, we print them directly with our flatbed printer. If this is not possible, we always look for a suitable solution. Stickers are often a suitable option.
We take responsibility for selecting the appropriate printing technique based on your request. When we receive your request, we determine which printing technique is most appropriate, and consult with the relevant manufacturer if necessary.
